While we use algorithms to help us find the agent in our network best fit for your unique needs, our licensed home advisor team ultimately chooses who will be the best fit for you.
When you enroll in the program and use a Newzip agent to finalize your transaction, in an eligible state, you will qualify to receive the home reward based on the home sales price of the property you’re either buying or selling. That amount will be included in your closing disclosure as a credit towards the transaction cost of the purchase. Newzip will work with you, the agent, the loan officer, and title officer to ensure the credit is applied accordingly.

They are here to guide you through every step and ultimately match you to a vetted agent in Newzip’s network. The agent you match with will ultimately be the real estate agent that will help you set up listing alerts, attend showings/open houses, and guide you through the transaction.

Home buyers who utilize Newzip's agent matching service will receive the cash reward in the form of credit at closing equal to 0.5% of the home sale price. Home sellers who utilize Newzip's agent matching service will save 1% in the form of a discounted agent listing fee (commission fees may vary). Obtaining a mortgage from SAFE is not required to utilize the Newzip cash rewards program. The cash rewards program is available in all 50 states for selling and 42 for buying. The following states do not allow cash rewards rebates for home buyers: Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, or Tennessee.
